No, but it doesn't have to be _as_ flexible, it would just need to be able
to produce similar results for the reasonable use-cases.

pkg_detail -A | grep...
pkg_detail -a databases | grep...
pkg_detail -Am | grep DEPENDS
pkg_detail -Ap | grep '\$NetBSD\$'
...
