No, it is broken, and I filed a pr on it explaining exactly _why_ the
logic in question is broken. (Maybe you already have xpm installed (without
xpkgwedge), or you have xfree 4.0, either of which would mask the problem.)
See pkg/11548.
Please fix this ASAP, as it breaks pkgsrc for anyone using our shipped xsrc
(XFree 3.x) and current pkgsrc.
