(And) i18n related, i think.
If pkgsrc gets bigger and bigger, it's hard to download. And it's
takes huge time to build all packages on m68k related architecture
FreeBSD consists of Intel(and its clones), Alpha and Powerpc(not yet?),
so there aren't such worry for it.
