I don't think it's in any existing NetBSD package. It's from the
Cygnus DocBook Tools, http://sources.redhat.com/docbook-tools/
(stylesheets.tgz from the ftp site or one of its mirrors) This tarball
also includes the files that are in the existing dsssl-docbook-modular
package.

You'll also need the gnome-doc-tools package from
http://people.redhat.com/dcm/gnome-doc-tools-1.0-1.tar.gz
for the gdp-both.dsl style sheet.

You'll probably need to patch the db2html script to set environment
variables or pass flags to jade or whatever to get it to find the
stylesheets in /usr/pkg
