These two steps can be done in one with:

	setenv PKGEDITOR emacs
	pkgvi Makaefile

This will take care for creatiing packup files. pkgvi is part of pkgdiff
(iirc).

Yes please. (As described in pkgsrc/Packages.txt :-)
This keeps PRs short, and given that they are sent out to many people (via
the netbsd-bugs list), this is good.
