OK. "pkg_install" builds now, with Hubert's latest patches, on a
system that already has latest "digest" or latest "pkg_install".
There's still the original problem, of how to bootstrap a NetBSD-1.5
system that has neither. Override PKGTOOLS check in "digest"? Override
"digest" check in "pkg_install"? Pull "digest" into "pkg_install"?
