I got that message in all of my old non-pkgsrc-land CVS working
directories after updating to the new libtool... apparently the new one
doesn't like files built by the old one. It would be tricky to mess up a
pkgsrc build that way, but does a "make clean; make" fix it?

(Oh, and has anyone else noticed how amazingly slow the new libtool is
on packages with lots of libtoolized dependencies? Ugh...)
