OK, so as far as I understand,
/usr/pkgsrc/cad/blender/pkg/PLIST.linux-powerpc does contain some proper
content, and /usr/pkgsrc/cad/blender/work/.PLIST is empty?
Hum... I admit I don't see anything that's wrong.
The value of LOWER_VENDOR looks a bit suspicious, but that shouldn't hurt
here. Hm.
Can you try renaming the file to pkg/PLIST?
