Is is possible (presumably via mk.conf) to get pkgsrc to
*always* download its dist files from a single (NetBSD)
mirror?  I have a fast NetBSD mirror nearby on the network,
but I can't see from the docs how to tell pkgsrc to always
look there before it goes the the Makefile MASTER_SITE.

Setting MASTER_SITE_GNU and so on helps a bit, but most
packages seem to look at least somewhere else first.
