No no, there are two different binary packages:

-rw-r--r--  1 root  cvs  621085 Feb 24 04:04 kdelibdocs_kdoc2-1.1.tgz  

I'm quite sure that the kdelibdocs_kdoc2-1.1.tgz package is junk
(look at the RCS Id tag contained in it's +CONTENTS, plus it's
time stamp is older than the initial revision in the CVS repository
[Sun Feb 25 14:32:22 2001 UTC]).
