I downloaded pkgsrc.tar.gz from netbsd.org, rm -rf /usr/pkgsrc, then untarred 
the archive.  I got /pkg subdirectories in most if not all packages.  It is
empty except for some CVS stuff.  I thought I did something wrong, but I can't 
think of what that would have been...  This was on 11/4.
