I've put together a package for ezmlm-idx.  I'm still testing, but if
anyone is interested in using what I've got now, I've put up the
package attempt at:

  http://mashin.nanoyo.net:81/pkgsrc/ezmlm-idx.tgz

I don't think it's straight-forward to have both ezmlm and ezmlm-idx
on the same machine, so may be it's good to put a CONFLICTS line in
ezmlm's Makefile if ezmlm-idx gets imported at some point (I've put a
CONFLICTS line in ezmlm-idx's Makefile).
