I use it with Epson Perfection 1650 (USB) without problems.  I also tried
using it with HP ScanJet 5300C, but the SANE driver was buggy (it didn't
crash, it scanned, but the images were not correct).  No NetBSD related
problems, though.  Never used an SCSI scanner..
