I often do feel so. For now Pkgsrc makefile style is not very
restricted despite C codes are well uniformed. IMHO, if a certain
thing is feasible in two ways, we should use only one (or the
another). By introducing a style for makefiles, ambiguility gets
smaller, less, scripts cleaner, reading scripts easier, and NetBSD is
being cooler.
