This issue about texinfo commands should be fixed real soon now, on a
systematic level. Stay tuned...

And BTW PATH is set in MAKE_ENV and CONFIGURE_ENV as
`PATH=${PATH}:${LOCALBASE}/bin:${X11BASE}/bin'

So it is still dependent on what the "user PATH" is, I am not really sure
how this could be improved.
