I am trying to build a package that needs QT3.

My Makefile has:
.include "../../x11/qt3-libs/buildlink.mk"

The configure fails with:

The scribus/work/.buildlink/include/ directory doesn't have those headers,
but they are all at /usr/X11R6/qt3/include/.

I don't see any examples of any other packages that use QT3, but several
that use qt1 and a few that use qt2.

Any ideas on what to add to my Makefile so it uses
-I/usr/X11R6/qt3/include ?
