I'm back! LOL

I have encountered another error with a build on Darwin/OS X 
(although I don't think this is OS X related).  I get this error when 
attempting to build gettext:
cc -I/usr/pkgsrc/devel/gettext/work/.buildlink/include -O -o gettext 
gettextp.o -L/usr/pkgsrc/devel/gettext/work/.buildlink/lib 
../lib/libnlsut.a -lintl /usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols: __tolower
I assume this is related to the gettext code and not any OS X-pkgsrc errors?
