I feel it is unnecessary. Like inputmethod/kinput2 and inputmethod/skkinput
are famed Japanese input servers, kochi-ttf also is a famed free Japanese
TrueType fonts, so we don't need to add prefix "ja-".
The baekmuk-ttf is the same as above and I also think adding prefix "zh-"
to fonts/arphic-ttf is a bit strange.
just my some ideas...
