Yes, it already had more then one PR. And has been fixed for several
packages (that don't use common setting) and for the
MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE settings in bsd.pkg.mk.

I also looked at all pkgsrc Makefiles to see if any others were left, and
I didn't see any. What package are you having problem with sourceforge?
