There is one. /dev/cd0X is almost ALWAYS the only CD device on the
machine. Similarly, there is almost ALWAYS just /dev/fd0X, etc.

If the user does something else, they can configure it. Give them a
MESSAGE to that effect -- that's what MESSAGE is for.
