Hi,

I updated teTeX package to 2.0.1 in locally since some
softwares require the latest version of teTeX and want to
commit it.

Many packages depend teTeX but little of them seems to be
ready to work with latest teTeX.  So I will commit as below
and leave current teTeX untouched.

teTeX2
teTeX2-bin
teTeX2-share
teTeX2-sharesrc

We can rename teTeX2* packages to teTeX*, and (if necessary)
teTeX* to teTeX1* months later.

Any comments?
