I am sorry, I overlooked the acronym -- probably because I did not
recognize it.

The authors of the code can be found in FreeBSD, NetBSD's and OpenBSD's
CVS logs (quickly available via their web-based CVS).

Please submit some docs for that page.
Have a look at "make pkg_add" too.

To be clear -- it doesn't work for *you*.

I do not think so. (I still have not seen this feature in FreeBSD and
OpenBSD code.)
