OK, figured it out.  I thought that I was updating my pkgsrc tree nightly but 
I guess I wasn't.  Andrew Brown has already fixed this.  Just update your 
pkgsrc tree (http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/current/#using-anoncvs has 
information on tracking current) and rebuild it.

Now I have to go figure out why my pkgsrc tree is not updating like my src and 
htdocs trees.
