I've added several Perl packages to pkgsrc-wip for the moment, and I set
them all to USE_BUILDLINK3 as they're otherwise "clean" for bl3.

The last hanging thread is pkgviews.  I don't use them and probably won't
switch to them, but I'd at least like to mark packages as pkgviews-clean.
Is it established that perl5/module.mk is pkgviews-clean and thus all
standard-installation p5-* packages can be marked as pkgviews-capable?
