At this time (as I understand it), we don't plan to have every fix pulled
up to the stable branch. The pullups should be all security fixes and
crucial infrastructure bug fixes.

We don't have the resources (and maybe don't have the desire) to pull up
all bug fixes.

If every bug fix was pulled up, it would be hard to separate bug fixes and
new features (since often updates include both). Also, if everything was
pulled up, it would become more of maintenance than the current pkgsrc.

(I am requesting a pullup of the www/apache security fix now.)
