That was it! I'd been grepping around for "20020429" and not
"session.so" so I didn't see /usr/pkg/etc/php.ini.
I copied /usr/pkg/share/examples/php/php.ini-recommended over
/usr/pkg/etc/php.ini and squirrelmail still works.
