graphics/xv builds and installs without a problem on Solaria 9 on my
dual Ross-150 SPARCstation 20.  When run without arguments, it displays
its splash screen and will open a "Load" dialogue box, but any attempt
to actually load a known good image file causes it to crash with:

    X Error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
      Major Opcode:  64

The same is true if an image file is specified on the command line.

xv works fine on NetBSD (of course) and on MacOS X 10.1.5/XDarwin and
10.2.8/Apple-X11.
