Please revert this package back to version 110.42.  I ask because

* the PR for this change, PR pkg/24586, was submitted over my
  objection.  I objected because

* the change breaks lang/twelf, and most other SML-based projects
  I know of; and

* the change duplicates the work of Vesa Norrman's smlnj-current
  package in pkgsrc-wip.

In summary: Please revert smlnj to 110.42; and please talk to Vesa
Norrman <vnorrman@cc.hut.fi> about integrating this change with
smlnj-current, and (if necessary) importing smlnj-current into
pkgsrc proper.
