I forgot to check wip, so I missed your rcorder package in wip. Wish I 
hadn't! Sorry about that.

I decided to import into pkgtools since that's where the rc.subr 
package is. sysutils makes sense, too. Feel free to add it to 
CATEGORIES.

Is there anything else from wip/rcorder that should be incorporated 
into pkgtools/rcorder?
