The pkg-bug-handler team (who I commend as doing a very important job) 
is a rotation of developers who actively assign PRs to pkgsrc developers 
who have offered to take responsibility for them.  I take it that these 
are the recent PRs that are still unclaimed during Jeremy's turn in the 
rotation.
