If it's a revision to change and/or fix what is in the binary *pkg*, then
exactly what's the difference?
This is the part that hasn't been explained too clearly to me. Currently,
PKGREVISION is bumped for any operationally impacting change to a binary
package. Whether that was its original intent or not, that's how it's been
used for well over a year now (maybe two?).
