Hi!

There's a very big patchset for xv at
	http://www.sonic.net/~roelofs/greg_xv.html

It supposedly fixes the known security problems in xv and also
contains a lot of improvements.

Is someone interested in merging the patch in our xv package?

I guess most of the pkgsrc patches and dist-patches for xv can be
removed, but someone has got to check :)
Feeding any remaining patches back to greg would be a big bonus...
