I will be fixing this part. (Sorry for not doing it yet.)
I will get rid of the RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR variable and remove the code
that adds to PLIST, and then add all the share/examples/rc.d entries to
the PLISTs.

Anyone care if I remove RCD_SCRIPTS_EXAMPLEDIR? (It was discussed before.)
