I noticed when I installed tex-jadetex that I had some conflicts. I have
teTeX-bin-2.0.2nb5, tex-hugelatex-2.0, and tex-jadetex-3.13 installed
which all provide share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf.

I don't really understand the share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf yet. I know that
I need the packages so need to have all installed at same time.

Also I see the share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf-before-* files, but they are
not registered as installed files.

I don't have any ideas about this yet ...
