Johnny suggested to add 'msgfmt' and 'msgfmt-plural' tools, which looks lik=
e
a good idea.

However, I'd like the plural handling be more automatic.  We'd grep for the
po files for the msgid_plural string and base the decision to use the scrip=
t
on that.
