I got the build to finish by changing one line in
kcm/connect.c like this:

-#ifdef LOCAL_PEERCRED
+#ifndef LOCAL_PEERCRED

I don't know enough about heimdal to find any breakage
caused by this change, but at least it allowed me to
proceed with the build of kde.
