You don't need this.  If bash does need to process *.y files during its 
build, then please replace the code you added with

	USE_TOOLS+=yacc

Since tools.IRIX.mk doesn't list a native yacc, pkgsrc will 
automatically install byacc to satisfy the build dependency.
