You've probably discovered this by now, but it's exactly what it says -
greylisting.  Your MTA will retry after a period, and mail will get
through.  Once you're in the database, the greylisting interval is
bypassed as long as you send a mail every (I think) 60 days.  It helps
cut down on spam into gnats (and other NetBSD lists).
