It appears that the tar file for this package has changed on the home
site for reasons of copyright without bumping the version.  I'm not
sure how to handle this.  Should we simply re-generate the distinfo
file, bump the PKGREVISION and deal with queries from people who
still have the old tar file?  How else would we deal with this?
