pkgsrc/bootstrap used to install the 'digest' package, but after playing 
with this again, i found that several packages are installed, but 'digest' 
isn't any more.

What's the reason for this, given that it will be needed for ~ever pkg to 
build? I guess it can't be to support binary-only setups, as 
bootstrap-mk-files is one of the pkgs installed by default...

What am I missing?
