x11/Xrandr will be removed. But I don't know the timeline for that.
It is the old xlibs version of the libXrandr library. I think all packages
already use the x11/libXrandr/buildlink3.mk instead -- which points to
x11/Xrandr/buildlink3.mk when not "modular" X11_TYPE.

p.s. When I proposed to commit the X.org components long ago, I tested
using the new components and removing the old, unmaintained "xlibs"
packages. I was told not to proceed.
