Hi all,
we have a number of meta packages like databases/postgresql* or
devel/subversion which set NO_CHECKSUM=yes, but still have a distinfo
for the parts. This breaks make checksum and even make fetch when
fail-over option is set. I can think of two solutions:
(a) Ignore NO_CHECKSUM if checksumming is requested
(b) Stop specifying NO_CHECKSUM for such meta-packages

I would go with (b), other opinions?
