Sure - as long anyone can test that ...
Whereby perl doesn't care about ABI=64 or not when -Duse64bitall is
specified, and the 64bitauto is the default (perl chooses). Or do you mean
sth. else?

No - not enabled by default. Memory debugging makes it slow(er).
And maybe someone finds out how to use on FreeBSD (I can confirm that perl
breaks on FBSD when perl's malloc is used).
