shlib version for FreeBSD from libtool

Hi!

For libqt-mt came from x11/qt3-libs,
NetBSD-5: libqt-mt.so.3.3.8
FreeBSD-7:libqt-mt.so.6

Why shlib version is different?

I'm updating www/opera to 10.00 and from this version, static linked package 
are not provided.
It require libqt-mt.so.3 for FreeBSD (and ports/x11-toolkits/qt33 provide the 
library).
