PKGNAME=abcmidi-2006-04-22

I brought this topic twice before. ... I just don't understand what the
final decision was. This is about where a package name ends.

I noticed some recent package names:

PKGNAME=abcmidi-2006-04-22
PKGNAME=evas-sdl-16-0.9.9.060
PKGNAME=evas-software-16-x11-0.9.9.060
PKGNAME=fuse-encfs-1.2.0-2nb1
PKGNAME=fuse-ntfs-3g-1.1120
PKGNAME=font-adobe-100dpi-1.0.0
PKGNAME=font-adobe-75dpi-1.0.0
PKGNAME=font-adobe-utopia-100dpi-1.0.1
PKGNAME=font-adobe-utopia-75dpi-1.0.1
PKGNAME=font-bh-100dpi-1.0.0
PKGNAME=font-bh-75dpi-1.0.0
PKGNAME=font-bh-lucidatypewriter-100dpi-1.0.0
PKGNAME=font-bh-lucidatypewriter-75dpi-1.0.0
PKGNAME=font-bitstream-100dpi-1.0.0
PKGNAME=font-bitstream-75dpi-1.0.0

(Plus my systems have vbetool-0.7-1nb1, but I didn't check if that name
still exists.)

So I was told before that fuse-ntfs-3g is okay for a package name.

But abcmidi-2006-04-22 can't be correct then. Luckily the latest version
is okay: MIDI-2009-09-23, but what happens when day is less than "23"?
