libcryptolib packaged

HI all,,

there is a package  which I do not arrive to make it  carried on pkgsrc , it 
call http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/cryptlib/
 
 
, one we must built initially  library  libcryptolib for then attacks its 
bindings python ,can you help me or can you do it for me please
 because it is very interested

Ps: I wrote a makefile but it does not go really
