How about mk/resolv.buildlink3.mk? it depend on bind95.

Probably I already said somewhere, bind>9.5 will not provide libbind anymore.

I don't know net/libbind will be used instead.

net/bind9{6,7}/builtin.mk also should be updated, because it will find libbind,
but it is only used by multimedia/mediatomb, for libwres.
