Strange that they are linked against a libpython at all. Shouldn't
be necessary. Those of pygobject and pygtk aren't afais -- which are
affected besides gconf?

It would be better not to have these lines (also the INCDIRs
should go away, and the rename trick as well). This can cause
fallout of course, so it would need lots of test builds.
