Okay, good to know.
So that's 19 days before a freeze and then 2 weeks during the freeze itself. I'd like not to count on the post-freeze timeframe given the amount of time it takes to perform a bulkbuild on one server.

So if 19 days is considered enough time to flush out perl upgrade issues, then we still have time (I guess). I guess I'm a bit more conservative since I don't know the driver for updating it.
