Firefox/xulrunner 21.0

Hi,

I have make patches for Firefox/xulrunnner 21.0.
This diff contains patches for WEBRTC/SCTP etc. support
from bugzilla.mozilla.org.
But SCTP code is not suitable for NetBSD at least.
custom sys/socketvar.h equivalent is not compatible with
NetBSD's header files.
Anyway in the following patches, I have disabled WEBRTC support
for NetBSD.

By the way, with these patches, firefox does not display its window.

You can reproduce this error message to add "PKG_OPTIONS.xulrunner=debug"
to your /etc/mk.conf .
